Garden Pump

The garden pump, or jet pump, is one of the most common type of pumps that are mounted above ground, unlike the submersible pumps submerged in the fluid to be pumped. The garden pump creates a vacuum area in the pump housing and draw water from the water source below the pump though a suction pipe to provide portable water or domestic water pressure by replying upon atmospheric pressure. Therefore, generally, garden pump has higher delivery height but lower pumping rate compared to submersible pumps.
